Refund policy
We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If the customer wishes to return the game, all of the original game components must be returned in order to be considered for a refund.

If we are unable to resolve your issue, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may quickly correct the problem.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and, if applicable, all game components must be returned in order to be considered for a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the returned item(s). If a refund is requested and approved, a credit will be automatically refunded to the customer's original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that, depending on your financial institution, this credit may take up to two weeks to post to your account.
Clearance Items - Please note we do not issue refunds or exchanges on clearance items.
